John Mercado founded the Rangers Baseball Club in 2004 with a clear mission: to give North County San Diego's most dedicated young athletes a program that matches their ambition.

Drawing on years of experience iin competitive baseball, John built the Rangers around the belief that elite performance and strong character are inseparable. Every practice, every tournament, and every interaction is designed to develop players who compete at the highest level while carrying themselves with integrity and respect.

Our mission with The North County Rangers Baseball Club is to be one of the best resources for our players to be able to play at a higher level. We strive to provide our players the best resources to develop all age groups and skill levels while giving the proper guidance and fostering a sense of community among our baseball fans.
